Sleep

Making sleep a priority, sleeping in a cool, dark, and quiet room, exercising, avoiding consuming caffeine and alcohol, and having a good diet are all good ways of improving your quality of sleep.

Stress

Some ways of managing stress include: deep breathing, meditation, eating well, laughing, gratitude, and mindfulness. Being grateful and mindful of the things and people you have can help you feel better.

Student Groups/Organizations

A student organization that I'm interested in joining is Phi Theta Kappa. PTK is an honor society that provides scholarship opportunities, along with promoting, encouraging, and helping maintain strong academic standards, which is why I am very much interested in joining.
